Ramesh Aravind is in news with another comedy film. He is acting in Handtheera Dharbaar, a remake of Varavu Ettana Selavu Pattana, tamil movie directed by V Shekar. With this movie the number of films by Ramesh in lead that mount on floors this year moves up to seven.
This comedy film tittled Hendtheera Dharbaar with the subcaption Gandandire Hushaar!, shooting is going on full swing at various locations in Bangalore.
Media persons were invited to witness the progress of shooting for this film at Kowshik Studio on Saturday. Few scenes involving Ramesh Aravind, Meena, Sadhukokila and Rangayana Raghu were shot.
V Shekar, who directed tamil version of this movie is retained as director for this kannada version. Shekar has a good success ratio of hit movies in Tamil. Kannada films Yaarige Salutte Sambala, Hendathi Helidare Kelabeku, Muddina Maava and others were made from the tamil films directed by him.
Shekar had worked under well known tamil directors including Bhagyaraj.
Ramesh was chosen for this movie, since the subject required. Ramesh has acted in many family oriented movies and also he is a best performer. So the film story line is also a family oriented, added director Shekar.
Hendtheera Dharbaar is a remake of tamil hit Varavu Ettana Selavu Pattana, in which Nazar and Radhika played lead roles.
For the first time Ramesh Aravind and Meena are paired up, while he has also acted with Meena in a tamil film called Rhythm.
Actor-Director Mohan has written dialogues for Hendtheera Dharbaar, Sadhu Kokila has scored music for five songs of the movie.
Ramachandran, kannadiga settled in Chennai is producing this movie. He was appreciated well, when he introduced about himself in Kannada. Based from Malamahadeshwara Betta in Kollegala, Ramachandran has produced few tamil movies. He wants to produce more and more kannada movies, after Hendtheera Dharbaar.
