Prabhu-Nayan deny secret marriage

A few days back, the Telugu and Tamil media was abuzz with reports that actress Nayantara and Prabhu deva had 'secretly' married in Mumbai. The reason given for Prabhu's un-publicized wedding was that Prabhu deva was apprehensive of the 'reaction' of his grown-up kids through his first wife Ramalat on seeing the invitation of their father's 're-marriage'.

The duo has now announced that they are likely to wed sometime this month, denying that the marriage had already taken place 'secretly'. Prabhu deva parted ways with Ramalat, his wife of 15 years, after developing a 'soft corner' for actress Nayantara during the making of his directorial venture 'Villu' in which she played the heroine opposite Vijay. The 'soft corner' was due to the fact that Nayan had just ended her stormy relationship with actor Simbu.

Ramalat opposed the marriage tooth and nail but was pacified by Prabhu deva who agreed to part away with huge sums of cash and property to get Ramalat agreed to a mutual divorce. The Family Court in Chennai granted the divorce a couple of months back, freeing Prabhu deva from whatever matrimonial bond he had with Ramalat. Later, Nayantara embraced Hinduism at Chennai's Arjaya Samaj to get married to Prabhu as per Hindu rituals.

It is now informed that the marriage would be held in the second fortnight of September and that the venue would either be Mumbai or Hyderabad. The marriage would be a grand affair, it is learnt.

New Malayalam Movie Bodyguard on December 4

Body Guard is the latest malayalam movie featuring Dileep and Nayanthara. The movie has been in the picture for last few month. At last the wait is over, the movie is confirmed as Christmas release and expected to hit theatres by Dec 4th.

Producer Johnny Sagariga has informed the trade that he plans to release his Siddique directed Dileep- Nayanthara Bodyguard on December 4. The film will be releasing big in 100 screens across Kerala. At the same time, Body Guard need to fight hard in the box office to survive since
Mammooty’s Chattambinadu, Mohanlal’s Ivide Swargam Aanu, Vijay Tamil mass masala entertainer Vettaikaran and Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots are all christmas releases.

The film comes with some high expectations as Siddique is the director who is a man with golden touch. He is a director who goes by the script and National award winning music director Ouseappachan has given great melodies.

Tollywood says no to Nayanthara and Sneha

Actress Sneha and nayanthara could be banned from the Telugu film industry
for not participating in the mega star night organized by Tollywood to raise funds for the flood relief works. Both the actress are expected to make their presence since they have hands full of projects in Tollywood. Actor Balakrishna, the head of Tollywood artist association had sent a formal notice to both the actress seeking an explanation for not participating in the star night.

It has became a trend for the actress to skip the functions organized by the film association. Notable guests from Tamil film industry includes Superstar RajiniKanth, Surya and many others made their presence to show their unity.

Prabhu Deva ready to throw a surprise

Prabhu Deva has said in a recent interview that he would first take up the Tamil assignment which will have Jayam Ravi playing the lead role. Though the sequel to the smash hit Bollywood flick Wanted, which has been titled Most Wanted, is in the offing, it would take at least a year to commence.

When questioned about the leading lady in the film, Prabhu said that it would be a surprise to the movie buffs. This has raised the speculation even further because there is an anticipation that he could rope in Nayanthara for the role.

Reports from Kollywood also suggest that Harris Jayaraj could team up with Prabhu Deva for the first time with this venture.

Prabhu Deva, who is riding high after the success of his Bollywood debut film, Wanted, denied reports in the media that he has roped Nayantara as the lead actress in his next film.

"I am working on the finer details of the script. The heroine has not yet been finalised. A few of them are under consideration. I'm not considering Nayantara for the film. People even wrote that I am taking Nayanthara to Bollywood, which is totally untrue," said Prabhu Deva.

Prabhu Deva categorically denied any plans of making a sequel to the Blockbuster film, Wanted.

"Though the film is a big hit, it is not that easy to start a sequel to any subject. Where is the script for the new film? Moreover Salman is extremely busy with three projects, all of which are under production. But I am not totally ruling out the possibility of making another film in Bollywood. It's just that it may take a long time before that happens," he said.

Prabhudeva & Nayanthara Spotted together

Prabhudeva and controversy queen Nayanthara were spotted together at South Scope Style Awards event at HICC, Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad. The rumours about Nayan’s affair with Prabhu Deva was confirmed when she tattooed Prabhu Tattoo (PDeva – P in English and the rest in Tamil) in her arm.





Earlier Prabhu Deva’s wife Ramlath, in an interview to a popular Tamil daily had accused Nayanthara for her relationship with her husband. At the event Prabhudeva received best song choreography award for the Tamil film Sivaji and Nayanthara received youth icon award.

Salman Khan, Jeyam Ravi refuse to act with Nayantara

Looks like Prabhu Deva has got himself drenched in troubles for recommending his close friend Nayantara in all his upcoming films . Aarya to have Nayan

Arya will be teaming up with Nayanthara for first time in a movie title “Boss Engira Baskaran” the movie will be directed by Rajesh of ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ fame. Interestingly, the movie will be produced by Vasan Visual Ventures, who had produced the Arya’s ‘Naan Kadavul’.An interesting highlight is that the movie will be a comical-cum-love story.. Apart from this the film will also have romance and other necessary ingredients to woo the audience.

The musical score will be by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography is handled by Sakthi Saravanan. The shooting for the movie will commence soon..

'Boss Engindra Bhaskar' - Aarya and Nayanthara teams for comedy entertainer

Much prior to couple of months from now, we had the sensational news about Aarya and Nayanthara teaming up for an untitled Malayalam film to be directed by Shyam Prasad (director of Ore Kadal). Now, the duo has come together for a comedy entertainerin Tamil titled as ‘Boss Engindra Bhaskar’.

The film is produced by K.S. Srinivasan of Vaasan Visual Venture, who earlier churned out Aarya starrer ‘Naan Kadavul’. Director Rajesh after striking gold with ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ makes his comeback with yet another comedy entertainer.

Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring music and the same group of ‘SMS’ technicians are expected to workagain for this film.

Nayanthara Vs Shriya Saran - Flop Stars of Kollywood

Will Nayan stop the success of Aadhavan?

This has been the most often question amongst the masses. Tamil film industry is much different from other regional ones. Know what? If Mumbaikars do watch the film for entertainment, our people are so adhered to the film stars and directors as they perceive them to be like their own family.

But when the same personalities are found to be involved in some ludicrous deeds, the masses would turn down and stop encouraging them.

Likely, Surya’s ‘Aadhavan’ seems to be drenched is similar problems as Nayanthara has paired up with him. The actress has involved in an affair with Prabhu Deva and this has really dropped down their likeliness on her.

Women organizations support Prabhudeva wife

Women organizations came in support of Prabhudeva's wife Ramlath heading to the request to save her marriage life from the clutches of actress Nayantara. Jhansi Rani Women's Protective Association has come to resque Ramlath.

"As a reputed actress, it's not good on part of Nayantara to break a marriage. Artistes like her have to set an example as every act is followed by crores of people. It could send wrong signals to the society. We will resort strong agitations against her and not allow any of her movies for screening," said Kalpana, the head of women's association.

Nayantara's reply to Ralmath's allegations

"Ralmath has no business to abuse or criticise me," said Nayantara, reacting to the charge of Prabhu Deva's wife to a leading morning vernacular.

A report in an evening paper carries Nayantara's reply. It says:

"It is easier for Ralmath to check the facts with Prabhu Deva instead of taking this circuitous route. I have apprised the media about this issue many times. My biggest strength is the support of my family. I am not bothered of the opinion of others on my personal matters. As of now, I am focused on my career with a lot of pending projects to be completed.”

Nayantara is in now Kerala taking a break from her shooting schedules.

Prabhu Deva Nayanthara Marriage

If one were to believe Ramlath, Prabhu Deva's wife, then the truth of the matter is that the dancer-actor-director is head over heels in love with Nayantara. Now Prabhu Deva's wife claims that the guy wants Ramlath's permission to marry Nayantara.

Apparently Prabhu Deva has no plans to leave his first wife, he wants to keep the first wife and also marry Nayantara.

The media continues to harp upon the Nayanthara-Prabhu Deva romantic link-up. Reportedly, Nayantara came to Mumbai just to watch the premiere of Wanted (Hindi) with Prabhu Deva. "No comments" was the only comment from the duo when the media converged on them.

Prabhu Deva's wife Ramlath has opened her heart to a leading vernacular daily with a tearful message that she is already distressed by the death of her 12-year-old son Vishal due to cancer six months ago.

In her hard-hitting message, Ramalath said she would never allow her husband to marry another girl. “A husband is punished for a second marriage when his first wife is alive. I feel the second wife should be arrested when she tries to snatch a man who is already married.”

Admitting that she did pick a fight with Nayantara once over phone, Ramlath said she will give Nayantara a sound thrashing if they meet.

Expressing her anger at a leading actor who, in the garb of playing a mediator's role, is only helping the love to blossom, Ramlath said that the said actor should put his house in order first – clearly referring to his divorce case, now in the High Court.

“If Nayantara could throw Simbu out after being on the verge of marrying him, what is the guarantee that the same fate would not befall my simpleton husband,” says this mother of three.

In a pleading note, Ramlath has requested elders to intervene to solve this unsavoury episode which has rocked Kollywood.
