Rajini's Rana Script Changed

Certain changes are being made to the original script of 'Rana' considering the health condition of Superstar Rajinikanth, who recently underwent treatment for kidney related ailment at a Singapore hospital.

This has been confirmed by lyricist Vairamuthu, who called on the top actor recently at Sri Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam in Kodambakkam. "I was so happy to meet Rajini after a gap," he says.

Vairamuthu adds: "Rajini is perfectly alright. And he is in a very good mood, cracking jokes and analyzing things in his own style. But still, some minor changes are being made to Rana as director KS Ravikumar is not ready to give any strain to the Superstar."

"We discussed many issues in the meeting that lasted for 45 minutes. The topics we covered including literature, politics, philosophy and life. Rajini is happy with the care and concern showered on him by Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, DMK president M Karunanidhi and of course, his fans."

Deepika Calling Salman

Well….. not literally but the tall and beautiful Bollywood bala has a good taste. Obviously….. she once dated Ranbir so everybody knows the lass preferences and recently she expressed her desire to go out with Hollywood hottie Brad Pitt. But there are bad and good news, Brad and Angelina are a couple and they have rubbed all their split rumors…so Deepika will have second thoughts

But we hear that the girl has already given it a thought and she has expressed her desire to work with Bollywood hottie Salman. Smart lass, Hollywood nahin to Bollywood sahi.

The girl has been heard saying that she and Salman where suppose to be on film posters on a couple of times but things didn’t materialize accordingly.

The girl is now seriously waiting for the outcome of her forthcoming ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ which is scheduled to hit the screens this Friday.

The girl had already given a ‘miss call’ of sorts to the handsome Salman and it will be interesting to see whether Salman takes Deepika’s call (read desire to work) or not.

Salman to do some KICKing with Deepika

Director of Ghajini, AR Murugadoss is ready to make another Telugu remake Kick, this time kicking Salman Khan will be kicking for the director. The leading lady opposite Sallu will be leggy lass Deepika Padukone.

Sajid Naidadwala who is producing the flick says, “Murugadoss I’ve met and Deepika of course is already my leading lady in Houseful. I loved Murugadoss’s work in Ghajini and so did Salman. We were very clear about not getting the original Telugu director as I don’t believe in letting the South Indian directors do the Hindi remakes.”

“I don’t want Kick to look like Wanted 2. We’ll be shooting the action scenes in Tokyo.”

Hmmm..Salman with Deepika, wouldn’t there be a height problem?

Deepika launches Neutrogena fine fairness

After Katrina Kaif endorsing Olay fairnerss cream, Deepika Padukone too joins the bandwagon by becoming the ambassador for Neutrogena Fine Fairness cream.

Deepika believes that fairness creams help to even out the skin tone and reduces pigmentation caused by sun light.

She says, “You get a sort of inner glow in your skin.”Fortunately, I am blessed with good skin, so my skin care regime doesn’t change from summer to winter but apart from this I think that having a balanced meal, leading a healthy lifestyle and drinking lots of water shows its magic.”

Deepika is currently working with Farhan Akhtar in Karthik Calling Karthik.

Deepika Padukone in a Tollywood film?

The Tollywood director who has introduced Bollywood beauties Aishwarya Rai (Ravoyi Chandamama), Bipasha Basu and Lisa Ray (Takkari Donga), Preity Zinta (Premante Idera) and Anjala Jhaveri (Preminchu Kundam Raa), informs us that Deepika Padukone has just completed her shoot for an item number choreographed by Bollywood's Ahmed Khan, for his Telugu film Love 4 Ever.

What more, Jayant was so impressed by Deepika’s professional approach (she was never late on the sets and there were no starry tantrums) that he immediately asked her if she would do a Hindi film for him. Jayant tells us that “Deepika agreed to do the film” and he is planning to rope in Ranbir Kapoor too!
