After purchasing a bungalow in Carter Road, Salman Khan has now bought a triplex flat in The Address building in Bandstand. Buzz is that the actor has paid a whopping Rs 27 crore for the new place.
According to highly placed sources, Sanjay Dutt has invested in a similar apartment in the same building.
A source reveals, "Salman Khan is very close to the builder and has purchased the top floor of the building facing the sea. It is a 4BHK property. The actor will have his swimming pool on the top floor, the party hall and pool table in the middle floor and the lower floor will be the living area."
The insider continues, "Sanju, too, was looking out to invest in a property for quite sometime. Recently when he met Salman, Khan mentioned the place to him. Dutt saw the property and booked a place."
A Bandra-based broker on the condition of anonymity confirmed, "Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan both have purchased a triplex flat each costing nearly Rs 27 crores." It is learnt that each flat admeasures nearly 6000 sq ft.
While Salman remained unavailable for comment, Dutt maintained, "I haven't bought a new house. I have a beautiful one already."
