The formal launch of Siddharth and Shruti Haasan's upcoming film was held at Ramoji Film city on Sunday Morning. The film is directed by Raghavendra Rao's son Prakash. Raghavendra Rao himself is producing this big budgeted extravagenza. Mickey J Meyer composes music for this film.
"Prakash visualization is outstanding. The presentation would be completely different. This is best script I have heard in recent times. This film will become a biggest commercial hit. Siddharth is a good actor. His role in the film will be challenging for him. This is best role in the recent times," said SS Rajamouli.
"Raghavendra Rao has cattered big budget for this film. This is the first commercial film for Prakash," said Siddharth.
Siddharth, who kept away from endorsing brands till now had finally agreed to do it. He has been signed as the brand ambassador for Idea. "I avoided the role of brand ambassador so far but when I decided to do it, I choose one of the best. Well it's the first time I am doing this. But once I am gone you won't see me till my next movie release," he declared to the media after launching Idea's 'Walking Raagas' as part of the 'Walk When You Talk' campaign.
In a touching show of respect, he even expressed his condolences over the death of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy. A product of many cities, he shifted effortlessly between Telugu and English leaving no confusion about where he belongs when he referred to the Telugu film industry as our industry.
As for upcoming films, he is yet to start working on his next project. "It is an untitled movie. It's by Prakash Rao, son of director Raghavendra Rao."
He is not too disappointed by a Telugu movie not making it to the national awards again."The way I see it Prakash Raj is a Telugu actor and he won," he said.
