The shooting of the film Singam starring Surya and Anushka in the lead is progressing in Tamilnadu. A police station set was erected for the canning of some crucial scenes. While director Hari was filming a scene where anti social elements destroy the cars lined up at the sets he was shocked to find that his brand new car was also razed down.
According to sources, the director had his car in the line up and had instructed the artistes concerned to damage the dummy cars and leave the rest. However, when he decided to use some of the local youths for the scene, his assistants failed to give them proper instructions resulting in his car damage.
However, The director took it in the right spirit and continued with the shooting.
