The Dr MGR University Educational and Research Institute will be conferring the Doctor of Letters ( Honoris Causa) on director KS Ravikumar along with cricketing legend Kapil Dev and Dr VK Saraswat, Scientific advisor to the Defence Minister.The function will be held at the ACS Medical College and Hospital on the Chennai Bangalore highway on 14th November.Former MP AC Shanmugam and Chancellor of the MGR University will preside while Dr VN Rajasekaran Pillai, Vice Chancellor IGNOU, New Delhi will be the chief guest. These doctorates will be awarded during the 18th Convocation of the university.
