Director Perarasu who known for his titles which are usually names of places like Pazhani, Sivakasi and Thirupati has tentatively named his next movie as Thiruthani. After Palani its again going to Bharath-Perarasu combination for this movie too. The film is produced by J Saravanan and C Bhaskar of VK Media. V. Jai Shankar takes care of editing works while GK handles art direction. After 'Kadhalil Vizhundhen' and 'Maasilamani', Sunaina has signed the deal for this film starring opposite Bharath in female lead.
Rajkiran will be seen in a prominent role in the movie. Pandiarajan, Aashish Vidyarthi, Yuvarani, MS Bhaskar, Chitti Babu and many others form rest of star-casts.
