The audio was launched by L Suresh and received by Kalaipuli Thanu in the presence of Sarath Kumar, Rama Narayanan, KRG, Abirami Ramanathan, VC Guhanathan, Pyramid Natarajan, Swaminathan and Murlidharan amongst others.
The film stars Namitha as a ghost with Raja from Tollywood playing a prince and Nila playing his wife. Kota Srinivasa Rao plays a powerful Mantiravaadhi. The music is by Illayraja.
The film’s trailer revealed the immense computer graphics in every frame which are sure to entice the audiences. Namitha said, “After I did Billa, Murali sir offered me this role and I was not confident. But he convinced me that I was the right choice to do this historical and as the shooting progressed I started gaining more confidence in myself.” Nila praised the producers, “The producers reshot many scenes with 200 junior artistes just to get the right look and never compromised on quality.”
The CG work took several months to complete delaying the release of the film. NK Viswanathan handles the camera and direction of the film. Krishnamurthy handles art. Sarath Kumar said, “This film’s quality shows that our technicians are capable of making films of international standards.”
